Shipping Details
Please provide a complete and accurate address as well as contact information in order to have accurate and timely delivery. Orders that are made before 4pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) are shipped the same day. Please note that orders placed on weekends or Holidays will be processed the following business day. We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders over $75.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or a refund.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. All shipping rates are determined by the carrier company. You can view your shipping rate during checkout before submitting your order.
USPS Priority Mail- Domestic deliveries arrive in 2-4 business days.
Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your shipping address before your order ships.
How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the carrier's website.

All international orders are shipped via DHL.
