Refund policy
We accept all returns for unopened or undamaged products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in new and unused conditions.
Return Instructions
Email us at support@jolynnlashes.com for your return request and let us know your reasoning for the return. We will send you a return label once we approve your request.
Once you receive the return label, package your items and ship the items back to us to the carrier listed on the return label.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days. Please contact your bank if you do not receive your refund, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product please email us at support@jolynnlashes.com.
